i have a citroen c4 x hdi. the turbo was diagnosed to be faulty by the main dealer some time ago. i have driven the car despite the fault until today when on the way to shopping center i experienced a terribly loud noise coming out from underneath the car. it was something like an air blowing at high speed and would become increasingly louder on acceleration. the car also lost most of the power before that. i am sure that the above must be connected to failed turbo. the question is whether it is worth repairing the car or not and if it is worth how much would the repair cost i would appreciate if you get back to me asap. thanks.
